Although you have seen and heard about the Stockertown sinkholes, you do not believe that the company's mining activities or dewatering activities are to blame for the vast number of sinkholes opening up across the area. It is your position that due to the limestone-rich region of Stockertown, it is only natural for sinkholes to form. As an official for Hercules Cement Company, you are still waiting for cold hard proof that the company's activities are not to blame for this naturally occurring geologic dilemma.
